After your first project, everything is saved in a private reorder portal (artwork, specs, and order history) so reordering is simple and consistent.

Shipping is often another unknown... unclear timelines, limited tracking, or surprise tariffs, duties, and added charges that appear late in the process.

Our approach:
Every order ships free via insured USPS Priority Mail, with tracking and coverage from our hands to yours. Simple.

If any pins arrive with manufacturing defects (ie broken post, chipped enamel, etc.) we’ll fix it.

Applies to the Preview Run option:
A Preview Run is designed to let you see and feel the pin in hand before scaling, and make any refinements if needed.

You’ll get 10–15 real pins made with the exact same tooling, materials, and craftsmanship as full production.

If for some reason you're unhappy and do not want to move forward with us, you can return the pins and we’ll refund your full $500.

Applies to every order:
Your final pins will match the artwork and specs you approved. If they don’t, we fix it. You never pay for our mistakes.
