Custompins.us: Custom manufacturing always carries risks. But we think it's wrong to put the risk on you. If any of our pins ever do arrive with manufacturing defects (for example, wrong specs or missing enamel) we’ll remake them or issue credit depending on your quantity and timeline. We pay for manufacturing issues, not you.

Hi John. Just wanted to give you some feedback on the pins... First, they look terrific. Really nice, clean, crisp coloring, and it looks great on the brass/gold colored background metal. I already sold ten toward our charity, and hopefully we'll get the rest in circulation as the season progresses. A few people liked them so much that they are considering doing pins for their chapters and our fan club may consider having pin sets made for the club... I'll keep you posted. Thanks again!

Hi Jim. I just received my order and I just can’t believe that in today’s world that there are still people who take pride in there product and your proficiency of recapturing and reproducing in full detail from a picture then placing it on a one inch hat pin, is just unbelievable and a REAL CREDIT to you and your company in doing it RIGHT…. The effort and consideration and personal time you put in was outstanding, you can see this because of the quality of them. I’ve been out of the Air Force for over 44 years and that many years looking for someone that would put their customer at ease to make sure that it was done RIGHT!!!! I just want to say thank you again for a job well done. I just cant thank you enough for the superb work on the pin that you have done. I know I must have been a pest, but you did assure me that the finished product would meet my satisfaction. When I received the pin my eyes dropped to the floor. Also when I had shown the pin to the other staff of the security department at church, they were overwhelmed at the craftsmanship and could not wait to show it off for that sunday.
