Mass-market pin sites default to using oxidative iron base metal, thinnest plating, and minimal quality control to rush production and maximize throughput. Pins often arrive duller, lighter, defective, or different than you hoped. Great for disposable and novelty pins, not great for pins with your brand's image on the line.


Brass base metal is our standard, the same metal used for institution, military, and professional organization pins. We do not use iron. Each piece is enameled, plated, and polished to professional standards so it feels worthy, looks sharp, and lasts a lifetime with no rusting. 

Your advisor recommends your pin specs based on your design and use case, or decides for you if you prefer.

Every order includes production Proofs designed by our professional pin artist, showing metal lines, recessed areas, textured zones, Pantone color callouts, and personal notes from your Pin Advisor.

Every order is inspected throughout the full cycle, so pin 5,000 looks like pin 1. Anything that does not pass our standard gets caught and fixed before pins ship to you. If anything does arrive with defects, you're protected by our Defect Protection Guarantee.

Anything you pay before you approve your proof is refundable. We revise the proof free until it's right. If you decide not to approve or continue into production, you can get a full refund.

Custom manufacturing always carries risks. But we think it's wrong to put the risk on you. If any of our pins ever do arrive with manufacturing defects (for example, wrong specs or missing enamel) we’ll remake them or issue credit depending on your quantity and timeline. We pay for manufacturing issues, not you.

Production takes about 30 days after you approve your proof, so plan on about 5 weeks from your first email. If you have a date, tell your advisor and they'll tell you plainly whether we can make it. We don't offer rush production on first orders. Rushing is where mistakes get made, and at your quantity, a mistake is expensive.

No. A logo, a sketch or a photo of an old pin is enough. Your advisor turns it into a production-ready Proof.

We revise it free until it's right. Everything you've paid stays fully refundable until you approve the Proof.

Hi John. Just wanted to give you some feedback on the pins... First, they look terrific. Really nice, clean, crisp coloring, and it looks great on the brass/gold colored background metal. I already sold ten toward our charity, and hopefully we'll get the rest in circulation as the season progresses. Hi Jim. I just received my order and I just can’t believe that in today’s world that there are still people who take pride in there product and your proficiency of recapturing and reproducing in full detail from a picture then placing it on a one inch hat pin, is just unbelievable and a REAL CREDIT to you and your company in doing it RIGHT…. I just want to say thank you again for a job well done. I just cant thank you enough for the superb work on the pin that you have done. I know I must have been a pest, but you did assure me that the finished product would meet my satisfaction. When I received the pin my eyes dropped to the floor. Also when I had shown the pin to the other staff of the security department at church, they were overwhelmed at the craftsmanship and could not wait to show it off for that sunday.
