- Payment Due
Deposits of 1/2 total or more are acceptible for orders of 600+
with the balance due before shipment. Orders of 599 or less require payment in full before start of production.

- Quantity Discounts
Discounts start at quantities of 500 pieces. Multipal orders of items totaling the quantity level on the same date will receive all discounts for that quantity.

- Free Samples Of Our Past Work
You can get free samples by purchasing up to 10 random pins of our past work at a cost of $1 for each. This charge is refunded in full on orders of 300+ pieces. You can then keep the pins for free. If you will not be ordering -simply return the pins for a full refund.

- Delivery Lead Time
Production of orders is started upon payment. We will make every attempt to expedite production and shipping but not at the expense of a possible inferior product. All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority mail unless Express mail is necessary for on time delivery.

- Shipping Cost
We will save you money by shipping through the USPS. We utilize flat rate packaging whenever possible to send a more weight at a surprisingly low cost. Shipping cost will be more for International orders but we will not add any additional fee. You will pay only the actual cost or less. If Express shipping is necessary US Pin will pay this fee to get your order to you within the time frame specified at order date.

- Reorders
Reorder minimums are for 100 pieces of a single design/product. If reordering items of mirrored designs like errings, collar pins, cuff links etc. then 50 pair will be the minimum.

- Pin Attachments
Standard is a military/butterfly clutch. Optional at no extra charge is a rubber clutch or safety pin attachment.
Optional at a low cost is a deluxe ball clutch or tie-tac ball clutch & chain.

- Double Clutches
If the pin will be worn on clothing, double clutches are recommended for pins 1-1/4" or larger especially when the width is greater then the height.
Double clutches will prevent the pin from turning and keep it more secure.

- Multipal Design Orders
Die charges will be added to each design and/or product reguardless of quantity.
$50 total will be deducted at checkout if the total quantity is 300 or more pieces.
Even though the die charge is only deducted for one design, the total quantity may qualify for a discount percentage higher then the extra die charges not deducted.
For example: You order is for 2 pins 300 -1 inch and 300 -3 inch. You would only get one waived die charge of $50 but because the quantity is over 500 pieces you would also receive the discount of 10% or $125. This is $75 lower then would be received if ordered each single.
Another example is: You order 200 of a design, 250 of another and 175 of a third design. Even though none of the 3 designs qualify for a waived die charge, a $50 waived die charge will be given because the order totals over 300 pieces. Also because the total quantity is over 500 pieces, the 500+ quantity discount of 10% will also apply.
A single design must be ordered in a quantity of 300 or more pieces for the die charge to be waived and free of cost. Many items can use the same die for the emblem and utilized with different attachments.

- Low Order Fee
A low order fee of $20 will be added to orders under 100 pieces of a single item.

- Other Then Pins
Besides pins other items available but not limited to are: earrings, necklaces, charms, Italian charms, money clips, tie bars, cufflinks, coins and just about anything utilizing a metal emblem.

- Minimum Order
A minimum order is the same as our sample order of 2 pieces.
The cost for the first item includes a die charge and under 100 low order fee.

- Sizes & Basic Cost
Pins are priced the same as the size. A quarter dollar per quarter inch of pin size.
Each 1/4" of pin size is $.25
* 1/2" pin is 1/2 dollar
* 3/4" pin is $.75
* 1" pin is $1
*1-1/8" pin is $1.125 -etc.

- Larger then a 2 inch pin
To order an pin over 2 inches click the 2"+ size on the bar above Uncle Sam. This will bring up the 2 inch product page with links on the bottom to ever size from 2-1/8 to 5 inch. All pages from 2 inch to 5 inch will show these links.
* Production of custom lapel pins over 3 inch has been temporally suspended. Let us know if you are interest in a size over 3 inch.
