US Pin produces emblems for those with legal rights to a design. Client represents and warrants that the specifications of the custom emblems do not infringe upon any third party's rights, patents, copyrights or trademarks.
Client acknowledges that use of any design and its specifications is at client's own risk and that it will defend, indemnify and hold harmless US Pin and US Pin associates from and against any claim, suit, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability awarded against US Pin and US Pin associates. US Pin expects the submitter has the legal rights to the design and assumes nor takes any responsibility if otherwise.
US pin reserves the right to refuse an order as deemed necessary. If an order is declined, any and all charges will be refunded
